30 DAY WEAR TEST GUARANTEE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In fact, we'll give you 30 days of wear-testing to make sure that you do. Take your shoe out for a run or two, if you're still not convinced, we'll happily exchange it for another model.

  • Exchange must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Reason for exchange is required.
In order to avoid abuse, customers are limited to 2 wear test exchanges per calendar year.
Wear test is only applicable on Footwear.



45 DAY UNUSED RETURNS
Unused merchandise purchased on therunnershigh.com or in store may be returned for a full refund within 45 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
  • Merchandise was purchased on therunnershigh.com or at The Runner’s High store.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 45 days of purchase.
  • Returns received after 45 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:
    • All tags still attached to product.
    • Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and they must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your package to process your refund and credit your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment along with any applicable taxes for the purchase price, within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. 
For returns purchased with a Gift Card, the refund amount will be put back on the original card.
Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement.  You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.
